Claremont, California Theater Wedding

Ya know… some wedding just hit a little bit differently. Kylie and Josh’s Claremont, California Candlelight Pavilion Dinner Theater Wedding had all the makings of a fairytale. The amount of love that was present during their wedding day was so incredibly beautiful – not only between each other, but surrounding them. I couldn’t possibly feel more honored to have captured the one of the happiest days of their lives. 

The Backstory

Kylie and Josh met years earlier performing in musical theatre together. They shared the stage multiple times. The rest is history. They moved to Kauai together and became legally married as Josh enlisted in the Coast Guard. At first, they planned to have a romantic cliffside wedding in Kauai where they were living at the time… in 2020. After 3 years legally married and waiting for a wedding, in 2021, it was finally time for Kylie and Josh to celebrate their incredible love story. This wedding was LONG awaited.

The sweet couple tied the knot at the World Famous Candlelight Pavilion Dinner Theater where they had performed together multiple times. Candlelight Pavilion is a professional dinner theatre that has played an important role in theatre performers all across Southern California. It was a place that felt like home to Kylie and Josh. Capturing them in their favorite place, surrounded by all of their favorite people was such an incredible thing to witness. 

When the ceremony came around, they read the personal vows that they had saved for 3 years. Their vows were some of my favorites; they were full of musical theater references and sweet sentiments. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Once the ceremony was over, we spent some time exploring Claremont California’s beautiful nature for a gorgeous golden. Then it was time to PARTY! The evening was spent indulging in Pavilion Berry Sundaes (IYKYK), dancing our hearts out, and showering Kylie and Josh in love. 

A Little Love Letter

Dear Kylie and Josh,
Your love is an example to the world on what true love can and should be. Throughout your relationship, I’ve seen you be true and unapologetically yourselves. Your kindness, joyfulness, and goofiness will forever hold a special place in my heart. Your beautiful wedding was the epitome of your love and the beautiful community you have built together. Thank you for allowing me the honor of capturing such a sweet chapter for you two.

The love and intention between couples like Kylie and Josh remind me just how beautiful love really is. Kylie and Josh’s Claremont, California Candlelight Pavilion dinner theater wedding sparked so much joy in my heart; I can’t wait to see where life takes them next.
